AVAILABILITY: Onsite installation available in Australia, Europe, UK by prior arrangement. Please allow 2-4 weeks build/provisioning time.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS: For any internet accessible services (including remote management), customer premises requires a dedicated internet connection with a ethernet termination supplied by your internet service provider equipment. At least a bridged Fibre, VDSL, eFibre, Cable, BDSL, ADSL-2 modem is recommended. Fixed/Static IP address is recommended. Optional 3G/4G/VSAT/EUSAT connections can be utilised for redundancy/failover.

INSURANCE: All Physical Rental Equipment must be insured by your in-place business policy for transportation to and from and for use at the intended/agreed location(s) for the intended/agreed rental duration. Lost or damaged equipment may be invoiced at a pro-rated rate of original invoiced cost less rental fee paid-to-date. If specific insurance cover is not economical due to film production excess being greater than hardware replacement cost, an authorised/signed agreement to cover hardware replacement costs can be accepted in lieu.

TRANSPORTATION: It is the client's responsibility to arrange pickup/return from/to your location and to cover any transportation costs directly. Damage or Loss incurred by client arranged transportation is to be covered by client business insurance policy as stated above.

WARRANTY: Hardware warranty replacement is the responsibility of the vendor where applicable. All equipment supplied is under manufacturer's warranty.

HARD DRIVES: Due to the sensitive nature of film production data, any hard drive warranty replacements can not be carried during the agreed rental period. This may result in the hard drive warranty period expiring. Replacement costs for failed hard drives are thus an additional expense that may be incurred by the client during the rental agreement. Every effort will be made to mimimise unnecessary costs using any existing hard drive redundancy that is compatible and available for the equipment hired.

DISCLAIMER: Technical support related services (beyond the actual hardware) are offered at the client's own risk, as no services warranty is implied. Where every care is taken to ensure security and integrity and multiple backups, Shane Wynter will not be held responsible or liable for any loss of data arising directly or indirectly from any remote management work undertaken or from onsite theft or damage. Claims for data loss or corruption will not be recognised. Off-site backup is the responsiblity of the client and any subsequent costs for replacement or retrieval are to beared by the client.
